Puffed short sleeves are elasticated with shirring around the edge to create a sweet ruffle and attached body is gathered for a stylish, full, comfortable fit.

Leg holes are also elasticated with shirring and romper has poppers for ease of opening. Designed to sit at the top of the thigh, perfect layered over tights in cooler weather and without in the summer.

Made from beautiful Rachel Liberty print tana lawn cotton.
